2022年10月起，“凤凰知音”会员里程账单邮件及电子月刊邮件将停止发送，其余服务告知类邮件无变化、继续发送。由此给您造成的不便，敬请谅解。
里程账单及电子月刊邮件即将停发，建议您：
1. 可通过自助渠道①及时查询账户动态②，以免里程过期给您造成损失。
2. 可通过自助渠道添改境内外手机号码③，以便于接收里程到期提示短信。
3. 欢迎每月如约前往“凤凰知音”官方网站、“中国国航”APP查看电子月刊④，了解会员相关活动及服务内容。

Notice regarding Discontinuation of the Service of Sending PhoenixMiles Member Mileage Statement Emails and the Monthly E-Magazine
Dear Members,
Starting from October 2022, the service of emailing PhoenixMiles member mileage statements and the monthly e-magazine will be discontinued. Other service notification emails will continue to be sent as before. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Mileage statement and monthly e-magazine emails will be discontinued soon. We recommend that:
1. You can use self-service channels① to check your latest account status②, in order to avoid losses caused by mileage expiration.
2. You can add or renew a domestic/overseas mobile phone number through self-service channels③ to be informed via text message as to when mileage is about to expire.
3. We invite you to visit the PhoenixMiles official website or log into the Air China app ④to read our monthly newsletters and learn about member-related events and service details.
